Nails at Bratz Premiere

What you need:

-Base Coat Nail Polish
-White Nail Polish -Top Coat Nail Polish

Instructions

1. Make sure your nails are clean.
2. Take the Base Coat and apply a thin layer on each of your toes. Wait and then apply it again.
4. Wait until they're completely dry and then apply a white thin strip of the white nail polish.
5. To give the white strip a shiny appearance, brush on a coat of the top coat nail polish.
