FACE:

After that apply black mascara like Maybelline Masca, now if you don't have long eyelashes its best if you use fake long eyelashes to make them long like Chelsea's.

LIPS:
To make those rosy pink lip gloss she used pick a very dark but kind of bright pink lip gloss like, Cover Girl Lip Gloss, apply on both lips, but try to add 2 layers of lip gloss on the top lip.
