Things You Need:
Straightener
Blow Dryer
Hair Brush
Hairspray
Directions
1.Wash your hair using shampoo and conditioner. Leave the conditioner in your hair for a few minutes and focus on the ends.
2. Brush your hair thoroughly. Make sure there are no knots.
3. Plug in your straightener. While that is heating, blow dry your hair so that it is dry or atleast damp.
4. Now that your hair is almost dry begin straightening your hair. Don't leave any pieces out!
5. Part your hair a little to the left from the center using a comb.
6. Spray on some hairspray.
7. Lastly, just kind of shake your hair to get that messy look like Chelsea's.
