1. Your hair needs to be clean for this, it's pretty tricky! Day old hair works well, as long as the last wash was a good one!
2. If your hair is naturally as curly as Chelsea's is here, you don't need to worry about this step. If not, use a small curling iron or small rollers to tightly curl your hair, then sepereate each curl into two so that you have more small curls and sprating lightly with hairspray. If neither of these are possible, try braiding your hair in small braids [use around 6 of them] very tightly from root to end and spreading holding/styling mousse or gel that does NOT leave you with sticky white lumps (I've made this mistake, it looks terrible) all over each braid. Leave for 15 minutes or sleep on the braids and then unravel them in the morning.
3. Gather all your hair up behind your hair and clip it into place with a jaw clip. Arrange the hair so that it falls out of the clip at the top in a fountain, going all the way around. You can take sections of hair and clip them into place with grips so that it looks as full as Chelsea's!
4. Brush forward the front section of your hair and part in the middle. If you have bangs, pull them up as if you were making a coiffe and clip them. Do not actually make a coiff, keep the section flat. If you don't have bangs, push the hair sideways of your face. Refer to the picture again - you can clip the hair if you want to!
5. Personally, I don't think this look is complete without a bandeau so buy yourself a nice green one and fold it, then tie it round your head with a bow at the top!
6. Pull a few strands of hair loose all around your head to get Chelsea's chic look! I adore this style, so enjoy it!
